If I could rate a zero I would. This company charged my wife for insurance on a vehicle rental, the cost of which was over $300 for a rental of less than $200. When my wife asked she was told by the agent to just click I agree and when the vehicle was returned the fees would be placed back on the car. Being her first time renting a car she had no idea, I am fully aware that she is ultimately responsible, but to me this shows a lack of business ethics of any kind on the part of Thrifty. There are plenty of rental car companies, go to one that has some standards.
Wonderful service from pick up to drop off. The prices were just as I was given , and to my surprise the credit holding was less then expected. Thank you Wichita, KA for getting me where I needed to be.
Worst car rental service in the state took over an hour to get my vehicle brought up glad I was in a hurry because they sure aren't go anywhere but here ...YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR STAY AWAY FROM HERE!!!
Do not ever rent from this company. I went to texas and was charged 2.96 in toll charges. These savages charged me $15 per toll leaving me with $60 in administration fees on top of the 2.96. I wouldn't be upset if they told me this at the counter because I would have went somewhere else. Called customer service and they are rude and hung up on me and transfered me around to avoid dealing with it. I WILL NEVER RENT OR SAY ANYTHING GOOD ABOUT THIS COMPANY!
clerk said i did not have to return the car at 8:00 am monday like i had planned he said we bill on a 24 hr period and if i had it there by 12:00 noon i would be fine. That was a lie and i was charged a late fee as i had the car there at 10:00 am. Never again will use this poor excuse of a rental agency that has to steal to make money.
