Very nice pleasant people, i do have an issue with gas mileage and never received a call back about this but other than that difference great place
Love working with Melissa at this location. She is friendly and very efficient! The only thing that was a negative was that the car was a four cylinder that had a VERY difficult time going up hills and no power steering. This was not her fault though. We need more options in compacts!
Car was fine. There is a sign you can't really see it's just a metal frame and I told management about me hitting my head on it 2 months ago. Still there.
Be sure to avoid this location. The staff is inept and they don't understand what they are doing. My buddy went to the East location on the same day with the same exact type of documentation and the results differed greatly. I was told I wouldn't be given a rental due to my lack of credit credentials... my buddy with the same type of credentials... GOT A CAR NO PROBLEM.
The car was nice and clean. The girl who I got the car from was very unfriendly and didn't smile once. I was happy upon return though, the guy who helped me was very friendly, smiled and made jokes. So that helped with that four star a lot!
