Good service, good employees. I recommend it if you don't want to go to the airport and pay for the tax and fees.
This was my first time renting a car. Looking back now I realize the man behind the counter didn't tell me everything I needed to know such as what to do to return the car when they were closed. He knew I'd be back when they were closed and didnt tell me the steps. I did figure it out on my own and hopefully I was right. I don't know cause now I can't get a hold of anyone!
We had to use them because we were in a car accident and that company chose them. Returned the car wasn't advised to return car filled up. Our tank for the vehicle we got was only a 16 gal. Tank. My account was charged 193.25 for gas, if divide that by 9.99 which is what they charge you for gas that's 19 gallons of gas. Overcharged plus complained I was never advised to return the vehicle filled up that the insurance taking care of everything, never signed anything. So charged for gas then overcharged for what they said they put in by 3 to 4 gallons over what the car can hold and was told there's a 11% tax on top, and was told they won't reimburse me for anything even though it's their fault. Never will recommend them. Enterprise is sooooo much better and better customer service for sure and they make sure of all information. Horrible. Will tell of my family and friends never use Hertz, money robbers.
Renting a car from Hertz is easy with the online app. I just pick a car and set up the rental on my phone. When I get there I have to finalize my information and I'm ready to go. Will definitely be using them again.
I've rented from them a few times. Have only had a couple of issues but overall a good experience.
