Truly rude, unprofessional, and incompetent agent lacking customer service skills works at this counter by the name Cody.
The personal that works here is very unprofessional. They asked for $50 more if you want to pay over the phone and fill out their credit card authorization form. I never heard that someone charge $50 extra for paying over the phone and I paid this way so many times with $0 extra charge. At first they say we can accept business credit card if you want to make a new reservation, than suddenly they decided not to accept it that way for some reason. Do not book a car with them or who knows what else you can expect with them.
No star if I can. I asked for the total amount for three days. It was an outrageous rate but I took it since I walked in without a reservation. Turned out the total they gave me was for two days. My bill ended up way more. The two agents I worked with were less than helpful. When I called corporate they can't even find my rental agreement. They said the location is a licensee. Hence no support. If you're coming to Wichita, make a reservation and do not choose Budget.
