Scheduled a rental 2 weeks out (and paid IN FULL). Got to Budget and they told me they wouldn't have ANY vehicles available until 2 hours later but they wouldn't have what I paid for until 8 hours after my reservation... The manager of all the Wichita locations wouldn't even help me find another car from another place even though she was literally sitting right next to them in the booths at the airport. Employees are lazy and not helpful. Had to spend another $100 at enterprise last minute and I had to call the 800 number to get some of my money back. Company is a complete waste of time.
Always ready to help. Didn't have the vehicle I requested when I needed it and made it right. Have rented 3 times and all 3 times the cats were top notch
I had a soccer tournament to go to so I went ahead and scheduled a rental pick up. The day I got there the requirements they had told me to bring in over the phone were different, I ended up not being able to rent a car because they ran my card once and they were not able to run it once in one day. I explained my situation to the district manager and she offered no solution to me. Don't do business with these people. Ashley was also horrible employee there. Berly saying anything to us. Just started snatching our cards and veryfing. She was very unprofessional .
Rented numerous times at the budget location on east kellogg and spent thousands of dollars through our corporate account at this location. Rented a vehicle a few weeks ago for a colleague and she had a flat the next morning when she went to leave. A friend assisted her in changing the tire and stated it looked like a slow leak because there wasnt anything noticeable to the naked eye that caused the flat. He put the spare donut wheel and tire on and my colleague proceeded to drive the rest of the trip on this very unsafe donut in okc and back to wichita. The vehicle was returned and budget was notified of the flat tire which they refused to do anything to correct at the time of the flat (take to a budget location in okc and maybe exchange vehicles?? Nah!! Try your luck on this donut!). A few days later we get a bill for almost $400 and picures of a tire with a prominent nail in the tire. We explained that there was not a nail in the tire when the flat was changed out but they refused to listen to our version of the story and told us we were responsible for the tire. Now I have several nice cars much nicer than the dodge that was rented and I can tell you unless they were installing pirelli tires theres no way those cheap tires they use on their vehicles cost anywhere close to the amount they were trying to charge and thats with labor. We told them we had a secondary insurance that we would contact to see if we could get it taken care of and would let them know the status once we were contacted. We rented another car a couple weeks later and as they went to pick up the vehicle were denied because they were told we had an outstanding claim. I said OK I'll go up there and rent the vehicle and just drive it myself being that we're headed to the same location. Well as I get up there the attendant puts the manager from the airport on the phone and she proceeds to tell me that I cannot rent the vehicle because I was going to go and let this colleague of mine drive it. I said so now you're a fortune teller and are able to tell exactly what I'm going to do with the vehicle that I'm paying money to rent....she said yes sorry! Needless to say they have not only lost our business but any out of town referrals that we send for rentals and anybody we come in contact with we will send elsewhere. Some of the worst most offensive customer service I've ever experienced at any business!
They suck, go somewhere else. I would actually give them negative stars.
