Awesome place for quick no questions car rental
Sad pathetic place. They stole a car back from me after having it for less than 24hrs. Called them & told them it was running hot & they came & took the raggedy car out of the drive way the next day w/out letting me know. Thought it was stolen & had to call around. Then they told me it was a hole in the hose & the tire was shaking bcuz it was about to blow & u could see the wires in it. Then they told me it would be ready in an hr. Then they tell me in the 10hrs that it was driveable I put over 120,000 miles on it & I blew the motor. The the customer service rep got smart & hung up on me so when I went down to ask 4 owner would not let me talk to him & the other rep who looked like he came from the back woods in all his dirty attire tried to get smart bcuz the other rep was scared once me & him were in the building alone together & started screaming you can't be in here were closed. I then told him it just turned 6pm & I've been in here for 5 min talking to you. Are you crazy??? There were 3 witnesses (I definately got names). I even opened the door & asked everyone outside are you listening to this BS. He's Definately unstable! Already called the Better Buisness Bearue & lawyer. He tried to give me a $1000 bill & the blue book on the care is $1400. Won't get a new car on me! Every car on the lot is raggedy & the customer outside said he never rents their in town cars & everybody only deals w/them because they will give any1 a car! No license required! You can tell their professionalism by the comment on their reviews that are unsatifactory! Has anyone ever seen an owner responding in reviews this way???? I havent! Back yard renters!
So Far No Problems. I Don't Understand Half These Reviews , I'm Black An Have Rented From Them A Month Straight While My Car Has Been Getting Worked On An They Have Gave Me Great Service So I Doubt Race Is An Issue ! Not New Cars. But They Will Get You To A&B Without Any Issues
THEY SENT 2 GUYS TO TRY TO MAKE ME GIVE THEM THE KEYS TO MY CAR I PURCHACED FROM A DEALERSHIP 2 YRS AGO .I HAD NEVER HEARD OF THIS PLACE UNTIL TODAY... AT 5:30 PM 2 MEN WERE BEATING ON MY FRONT DOOR & THEN MY BACK DOOR . I DIDN'T RECOGNIZE THEM SO I DIDN'T ANSWER . I LIVE IN A MULTIPLE FAMILY DWELLING SO I ASSUMED THEY HAD THE WRONG ADDRESS. I'M A OLDER FEMALE WITH A CHILD HOME ALONE . I OPENED MY BACK DOOR 2 MEN ARE PARKED IN THE STREET LEANING ON A TRUCK . THEY SEE ME AND START YELLING AT ME AND RUN TOWARD MY APARTMENT . I SHUT THE DOOR AND THEY ARE BEATING ON IT AGAIN . I OPEN THE DOOR A LITTLE WITH MY PIT BULL NEXT TO ME . THE YOUNGER GUY SAYS I NEED THE KEYS TO THAT CAR AND POINTS AT MY CAR . I ASKED WHAT THIS WAS ABOUT ... HE SAYS I NEED THE KEYS TO THAT CAR SO I CAN MAKE COPIES . I DON'T KNOW WHAT THIS IS ABOUT . I SHUT THE DOOR BUT THEY DONT LEAVE . I OPEN IT AGAIN ...THEY TELL ME I DIDN'T PAY MY "RENT" ON THE CAR . THIS IS MY CAR OF OVER 2 YRS . THEY WOULDN'T TELL ME WHO THEY WERE LOOKING FOR . WHO THEY WERE . THE YOUNG GUY SHOWS ME HIS PHONE GPS TELLING ME THAT IT'S MY CAR SHOWING UP. THEY REFUSED TO LOOK AT MY REGISTRATION /TAG INFO . BUT CONTINUED TO TELL ME THAT WASN'T MY CAR AND I NEED TO HAND OVER THE KEYS . IT WAS RENTED AND DEMANDED MY KEYS . THE OLDER GUY KEPT ASKING HIM IF IT WAS A MISTAKE ... THEN THEY GOT A CALL THAT IT WAS DOWN THE STREET . WRONG TAG NUMBER . SAME TYPE OF CAR . TERRIBLE PEOPLE . NEVER IDENTIFIED THEMSELVES OR WHO THEY WERE LOOKING FOR UNTIL THEY GOT THE CALL THEY WERE AT THE WRONG PLACE . ISN'T THAT ATTEMPTED ROBBERY ? I CALLED THE BUSINESS AFTER THEY LEFT AND THE GUY REALLY DIDN'T CARE ...
I will never rent from them again they came and picked up car while I was sick in the hospital and now refuse to give me any of my belongings out of the vehicle.
