I use this company to take my family on a summer road trip I pick my vehicle up everything was Awesome . Up on returning the vehicle I turned it in the night before it was due . 6 days after our return the vehicle I received a phone call from their corporate office telling me that the vehicle had not been returned . I reached out to them and notified them that I had returned the vehicle . They then told me that they would reach out and have this taken Care of . My card was overcharged $600 . Trying to get this taken care of was like pulling teeth. It was the fault of this location as they did not check the vehicle in for several days. The manager at this location was extremely rude, and yelled at me, cut me off several times and hung up on me. I will never go here again.
Hold on, you're tell me that giving me a dirty vehicle is an option, but I can't give you a filthy one. If I was that guy, the moment I open that door I would be embarrassed and immediately swap vehicles. That should NEVER be an option.

After the guy walked me around and handed me the keys, he asked "would you like us to clean it".
Rented a car two months ago and had excellent service. The staff is very helpful and was available in a timely manner. I would definitely rent again from this location.
Their standards are terrible, and sadly I didnt have time to shop around to find the right place.
I went in to rent a car for 2 weeks because mine was going to be in the shop. All was good until I got to the car.

Place needs to get their stuff together. That's putting it nicely. No customer service - 2 different stories from 3 different people, total waste of time . Ended up walking out and taking our own car just to save a headache . Wouldn't recommend
They request you return the car clean and no smoking in it or you will be fined 200 some odd dollars. Cool.
I took this thing home and scrubbed it from top to bottom. Why would I entrust them to do the work. They clearly have shown that they don't care.
They took we out, and let me look at this car I just signed for. Stains on the seats, popcorn on the floor, coffee had been spilt all over the driver side, and that smell... blah.
But, maybr he wasn't serious. "No, it's fine. I'll clean it myself". Cool, the guy leaves me with the keys and takes off without hesitation.
I booked a vehicle and pre-paid. Pick-up and drop-off was easy and smooth, allowing me to be on my way quickly. The vehicle was nice. It was a newer model, drove and road great, and was clean. Cost-effective, good service and quality vehicle.
