Reserved a car online before we flew into Wichita. When we got to the rental desk we were told they didn't have any cars left in the class we had reserved and that they would "upgrade" us to an SUV. We didn't want a large vehicle or the extra money it would cost in gas. Desk agent acted like he did us a favor when they're the ones who didn't reserve enough cars for the number of reservations they had.
