The tech that came out to fix a mistake on my sectional (missing bolts) was excellent. He took advantage of the opportunity to educate me on how to extend the life of my sectional with proper cleaning and showed me how to keep the cushions from getting flat. He also made sure I was aware of safety features. In my opinion these things should have been shared with me in the store. Nevertheless I was glad things turned out the way they did. He could have simply made the fix and left, I appreciate the fact that he didn't. Well above great service, thank you! Sorry I'm so bad a remembering names.
I needed some "special attention" due to my situation. The salesman I worked with was Trent. He was patient, informative and helpful guiding me through the process to deliver what I needed. Absolutely wonderful experience! Barry was great and had the upmost patience with us. Since it's hard for me to spend money and my husband to make a decision, his job was none too easy, but he never once stopped smiling and joking around with us to make the sale seem like it was a family deal. Prices are extremely hard to beat, if you're able to do so at all. We'll definitely be using Furniture on Consignment again and will recommend them to everyone who asks!

Went in looking for furniture for my new apartment and didn't leave disappointed. I try to buy local whenever possible, and I already knew what pieces I was looking for beforehand. The showroom was clean, organized, and my wife and I were greeted by Trent, who wasn't pushy and didn't hover over us as we shopped. He took us right to what we were looking for (contemporary couch and chairs), but also allowed us time to wander around and try out other things. Payment was painless and Trent was transparent about other potential fees that came along with delivery/furniture protection, which I appreciated. We'll definitely be going back to see Trent again when we get ready to finish the rest of our apartment!
