Store always has awesome furniture with style staff is always friendly and welcoming
I just left the store in Wichita KS on rock road and was very disappointed with the customer service. I literally sat in a chair for ten minutes and the two ladies that were working had no interest in helping me. I decided to go else where and when I reached the door, one of them finally spoke with, "you didn't find anything?" ....this was disappointing bc I had every intention on purchasing from Aaron's.
I have been a customer of Aaron's for 2 years and have had nothing BUT excellence from them. I have been treated like royalty since day one and it still continues. It is very unfortunate that customers only want to give a review when they feel dissatisfied (usually by their own accord). I know first-hand that Aaron's will do whatever is in their power to work with you however, it is a reciprocating door. I never write reviews, but in ALL fairness, I had to write this one. Keep up the excellence Aaron's!
Horrible I have my account set up to directly take my payment from my bank account and for some reason they continue to take more money than my actual payment out. The first month I brought it to their attention they assured me that it was a mistake that would be corrected and it would be put back in my account. Well the whole month went by and it never got put back. I brought it to their attention again and I told them it was fine since it was still going towards my account but I wanted it corrected for the remaining months. They said it was so it was all good. Well that time of the month came again and once again my account was over paid. This time I could not just let it go. I called once again and brought it to their attention. talking to managers the accounting manager and even a regional manager and still they can't seem to get it right I was once again told that it was taken care of and the money was put back in my account but it would take a few days to process and show. Well I do online banking so when money is put in or taken out of my account I immediately know. Even when it's processing. They told me if it wasn't in there by Monday to give them a call back. I didn't have any hope that it would be there but I still waited and once again it still is not there. I'm having a really hard time understanding how this could be such a hard thing to accomplish and I've begun to regret my decision to go through Aaron's. I can honestly say that if it wouldn't lose me money I would drop my contract with them and I certainly would never go through them again. I would not recommend it to anyone else ither.
They have the worse system ever, they change your payments, don't let you know too many people manipulate your account and end up taking more money than what you suppose to pay. Plus they don't give you a corporate number or district managers number to do any complains or to resolve your issues. I am absolutely disappointed and don't recommend this place at all.
The regional manager is smoking hot. She should be a model or at least a professional or exotic dancer ;)
