Robert was terrific! Not pushy at all and very helpful. He knew what was in stock (Not just what was on display) and went above and beyond to find the perfect sofa to complete our living room. Highly recommended Robert and the whole staff at the east side Ashley Furnitute Home Store!

Mark was absolutely great helping, as was his Manager, Scott. They stayed over an extra 1.45 hours to help us find our perfect bedroom set, mattress, and living room furniture. They walked around and around the store with us and helped us picture our perfect home setup. We are so greatful for their outstanding customer service and help! It was such a fun experience!!! We truly enjoyed our experience at Ashley's today. We worked with Kurt, who was very knowledgeable and spent quality time with us. We let him know exactly what we are looking for and he made sure we saw all of the offerings that fit into our style selection. When it came time to pick out a temperpedic he even made sure we had the best pillow type to fit our sleeping style! The manager came over to meet us as well and to make sure we received a really good price on our purchases. Overall one of the best furniture shopping experiences from start to finish. Thank you!
I would recommend Ashley Furniture hands down. Two of my children recently moved into a place together and needed furnishings. After visiting other furniture stores we visited Ashley. Our sales representative, Shawn, was amazing. She was able to assist us with their wants and needs. Shawn was helpful, friendly and patient, so much so my husband and I returned a short time later for our own household furniture needs and was met with the same amazing service by Shawn and her manager. They were able to give us an amazing experience and a unbeatable deal. We will continue to shop with Shawn and Ashley furniture!
