I have to say the employees made it easy to shop here. The gentleman that helped me knew exactly what I wanted and was very accommodating. His name is Paco and I highly recommend you see him if you want to get excellent customer service while shopping at the best furniture store in Wichita.
I love Furniture on consignment. I have shopped their store for years and years. We had an especially good experience yesterday with Travis, But I've always thought their sales people were extremely Polite and helpful.
This place is horrible. They cheat you every way they can. Do NOT ever put furniture on consignment in this store. They will not let u know when it sells. Then when u go in there 2 check on the items you put up for sale there they cheat you outta most the money you should get. Check weekly on your furniture. If you don't go in there & raise a ruckus they won't pay you anything for your furniture & they make alot of money like that. That store burned me on that & other ways also. THIS IS A HORRIBLE PLACE! GO ANYWHERE BUT HERE!
I've had several encounters with Trent at Furniture on consignment. He is INCREDIBLE! He's always attentive, listens to my needs and finds a suitable solution. He's even helped rectify situations from other sales reps, without the need to get credit, just because it was the right thing to do. That's hard to find in today's society and business. Trent is officially our "furniture guy" from here on out. I will not buy from anyone but him. That said, I enjoyed chatting with Bri and Jennifer, as they were both incredibly helpful and friendly, even though they weren't selling me anything. On my way out, I met the manager, Lonnie, who also was very cordial. Took several minutes to find out how the service was and if I was pleased with my prior purchases. Thanks for all the hard work. Respect, integrity and transparency are values to live by and all of these were exemplified during my visit.
Sandy was very knowledgable and helpful in making our furniture purchasing experience a good one. We wanted to look at several items and she was very patient. If she did not know the answer to a question, she would find out. A 5-star employee!
