My post is more about your ad on TV. It's sloppy, the bedroom furniture looks dated and the bedding shown is ugly. Everything in the store looks crowded, dark brown with no life to it. You need to brighten things up to make it look nice and appealing. I've recently shopped for furniture and your ad tells me it's not a store I care to shop at because nothing looks appealing.
Don't shop here!!! I put one star so I could write the review. In my opinion this place should be reviewed a NEGATIVE 5. I went for a refund because they couldn't follow through and deliver the product on the date specified on the contract. The old woman instead called the police on me. Terrible customer service. Don't trust these people!!! Their contracts are just like their furniture and the people that work there. NO GOOD. NULL and VOID.
They closed before posted hours of 7pm because all sales people had left.
I loved the bed that they helped me find for my daughters birthday. The sales lady was so nice and not at all pushy like other sales people can be and i really liked that she didn't pressure me.
The store was so terrible they don't deserve the tip of one star. Did I mentioned they were TERRIBLE. We drove and hour to look at a couch that they advertised on a commercial the night before when we arrived they said that's an old commercial they were very rude and they barely open there mouth to speak. I would recommend looking on the side of the road for free junk before I would go send you to Cherry Orchard.
