They lost our business because of one salesman. I won't say his name. However he reeked of alcohol, and he spent the entire time telling us how crappy all the couches were except of course the most expensive one in the store. He was the stereotypical salesman. Every cliche in the 1970's sales guide. We were trying to get away from this guy but he would not leave us alone. Slumberland west had a much better staff. We were deciding between two couches at two different stores, unfortunately the salesman at the east store cost them our business.
My daughter & I had a,great experience yesterday and the last 3 times we have been. Our salesperson was kevin, he was great
