The night we got the bedroom furniture customer service was EXCELLENT. My furniture arrived 2 weeks later and king was too big for the room, they agreed to downsize and refund my money. A week later they brought the Queen bed it was perfect, was told they would refund my money that day but because it was a card it could take a few days to return to my card. Called on Monday because my bank had recieved nothing, was told they hadnt processed it, and I was only getting $250 back when I was suppoed to get over $500 back. The lady was extremely RUDE huffing and puffing because I was questioning her l. Noone could tell me why they were only gonna give me $250 and not my correct refund. So I stated for them to pick up my furniture by Tuesday afternoon and give me my full refund as I have only had it since Friday (within their 5 day window), they stated they would call with a pick up time. It is Tuesday afternoon and noone will answer my calls nor return my calls. Dont waste your time here. They finally picked up the furniture a WEEK later but havent refunded my $3,700 and refuse to return my calls!!
