My phone number was put into the system wrong so I called to confirm the day before pickup since I had not heard anything, no big deal there. When I set up my reservation I was told to pick up at Pawnee and Oliver in Wichita, KS. When I called this location to verify the day before I was informed again my rental truck would be ready to pick up at that specific location at 8 am. However, when we showed up we were informed we would need to drive another 20 minutes out of the way to where my reservation was, moving is always stressful so this was the last thing you want to hear on move day. Since we were not familiar with the area and trying to avoid major traffic this route caused we asked why I was confirmed twice I would be coming to that store if that was not the case. The General Manager at the location acted as if he could care less about our issue and we had to request him to look up somewhere closer (unfortunately there wasn't anywhere closer without major road ways, or so I'm assuming). Out of frustration I asked why was repeatedly told this location and then not even notified ahead of time if it had moved. He had no answer but to say he never tells customers they are gaurenteed a pick up location. Through all the emails I received I was never told it changed. Lack of communication and poor customer interaction. The location we wound up using for pick up was a major improvement from the original.

Meant to do this a long time ago, but I gotta warn you, this guy would rather make you late for an important court date than actually get off his lazy a and do something. Waited till the next day to pick up their stupid load (10 crates the dumb a made me wait a whole day for intentionally because I had an appointment) and he throws them in the trailer in such a way he could only get 6 in and they had to be unloaded and then reloaded. But first, he had to call someone in from another location to do it because he's too stupid and that took hours. I bet that b dude was happy I didn't make the court date and almost got arrested for it. He should be fired and beaten woth a bloody face and broken knee caps. Probably a Democrat. I eventually got my murder case dropped but not with the help of this idiot incompetent piece of garbage (this occurred in February 2017)
