one of the worst experiences of my life....run!
Our stuff arrived 16 days late! They yelled so much at my SO that she ended up crying. We had to call them multiple times before they would answer our calls. 4 out of 5 times, you will encounter a voicemail. It took them 2 days and 3 attempts to send me an email. They asked me to call the following day and then took the day off. This is objectively the worst business I have dealt with in the last 5 years!
This company and crew has moved us twice. Once from Tulsa to Wichita and now to Denver. If you have ever had a bad move you know and appreciate a good set of movers and these guys are that!!! They are so careful with your belongings and take the worries away!! They are awesome from pack up to delivery!!! Highly recommend them!! Will never use anyone else!!!!
This place is horrible. Not only was our stuff 10 days late getting to Wichita but once it did get there we had to wait another 10 days for them to deliver it. That's 20 days that my family was sleeping on an air mattress, had no to sit on the floor, and buy all new dishes and kitchenware so we weren't eating out every night. The lady we spoke to on the phone to try and get it delivered sooner was rude and could care less that our stuff was almost a month late.
Good job meet different people around KS and this is 1 of the best jobs I done had in a while
