Cost me $3000 in damages. Talked to the manager and he blamed the damages on my elderly parents... Definitely don’t have the wrong company. DON’T USE THEM
Worst experience ever moving my grandparents. They charged $4800 and still not everything was moved. For gods sake they wrapped safety goggles with 5 sheets of paper and charged $125+ an hour. We still have quite a bit to pack ourselves for my grandparents. Please choose someone else when considering moving! At least not some company that takes advantage of the elderly and comes prepared with the right size moving truck.
We hired them moving from a third floor apt to a house. They were on time, friendly, polite and got after it. We were impressed with how quick the 2 man crew moved. They were careful with everything and observant with what they were doing. I would use them again and would recommend them to anyone needing moved.
American Movers is very professional and courteous. In addition, you can tell that they have a lot of experience and expertise. I would highly recommend.
They dropped my washer! Down the stairs!!! It was only about 8 months old. Scratched it up! Wanted it replaced! The owner Refused and told me I was being unreasonable?!?!?! Don't work with a company that will damage expensive items and not replace! Disgusted last thing a person should deal with when moving!
