Efficient, respectful, worked so hard all day and had an incredible attitude all day long. Even after they loaded all our items from our first house and unloaded all the items into our new home, they still asked me if I wanted anything moved in the new home before they left. Worth every penny and would highly recommend them to anyone moving.
If I could rate this experience higher than 5 stars, I would.
I have used Get a Move On three times. I have even used them to store our items while we completed the building of our house. Each time has been a wonderful experience and they have taken extreme measures to deliver our items without damage. They make the moving process as painless as possible. I think Get a Move On does an outstanding job at a very affordable price and I would highly recommend them.
Terrible Company. After reading the reviews, it came to my attention that the owner, Eric, has been rating the company, as well as having other employees rate the company, in order to keep the ratings high. This company prides themselves as professionals, but considering my experience and reading the reviews GET A MOVE ON is less than professional. It's time to own up that YOU are not as great as you think you are. Unprofessional, untrained employees, & wreckless just to mention a few. It is time for GET A MOVE ON to accept they are not a 5 STAR moving company. Deal with it!!!
Shawn, Harrison and Trevon were pros, all the way from beginning until the end. They showed genuine care for our belongings, and always asked before moving or placing anything. If you ever use this Co., I would suggest requesting these guys....
**update: They did fix my neighbor's sprinkler system. I'm putting them back at 5 stars because I think they did a great job and owned up to their mistakes:)
I absolutely hate giving them one star because they did a great job and their prices are very reasonable. However, when they were leaving our new house they ran over my new neighbors lawn and made a rut and caused damage to their sprinkler system. They are refusing to fix it. And now it's causing issues with our new neighbor. The rut in time will fix itself but the sprinkler system won't. I understand these things happen, but own up to it and fix it. I can't give a company 5 stars if they aren't responsible for their actions.
Job was done in the approximate time it was quoted; the job also landed right on budget. Our salesman, Paul, did a great, and was very accurate with the assessment of the services/ bill.
