Had my truck in the shop 6 times since February for an exhaust leak still not fixed
Grate truck and if there's any thang wrong with it they'll bring you a new one. Best service iv had.
Went to pick up a trailer. As always when getting a rental, I was in a bit of a hurry. The employee that was helping me was interrupted by a past acquaintance and proceeded to have a conversation with him instead of getting my rental completed. Customer service is lacking, but the trailer is good to go and a decent price.
First let me say my repairs were scheduled 3 weeks in advance. My tractor went in for a B service, bad oil leak, regen issue and multiple air leaks. It was in the shop 5 days. The only thing completed was the B service and lot of lip service when I picked up the truck. If your looking for an oil change this is the place. Anything that take more the 5 minutes go someplace else!
