From picking up my U-Haul to dropping off the U-Haul. I was treated as though I had been there before, a regular customer in a sense. I felt very comfortable, no pressure in regards to add ons. Possible additional charges were explained upfront and the contract was clear. Easy to move in and out of the parking area. Convenient location, not out of the way, and simple to locate. I highly recommend this location to anyone looking for a U-Haul rental!
If i could give negative stars I would. I reated a van on the 1st of July. The lady said run your card as credit so it doesn't run the estimated cost and we will push it through when you bring the van back. Well both of my cards were only debit cards so i was going to transfer money to my credit card but my friend that was with me was like we can just use mine if they really aren't going to pull the money off. The ladt assured us it wouldn't and when I returned the van I could change cards or pay cash. So I bring the van back and pay cash. Well of course they still run my friends card. Her account goes negative and its july 4th weekend so the banks are closed. I call on the 5th they assue me it will be release within a couple of days because of the holidays and they give me a $50 credit on my credit card because that is how much I had to pay my friend for her account going negative. Here we are the 20th after calling atleast 15 yimes speaking to 10 different people and "managers" calling me back. THE $50 JUST NOW GOT PUT IN TODAY.!!!! Today people. And i still have to wait atleast 3 business days for it to clear the bank. This is the only uhal company ( yes different locations) but same company. Im sooooooo disappointed!
Actually a great location for getting a large truck around, very friendly staff too.
