If you have wide feet, this is the place to go. My feet are slightly different in size so finding shoes is a hassle. Especially when one foots in the D range. Which you'll understand once you go here and get your feet measured by staff so they can find you the perfect shoes. The woman that helped me was incredible. I wish I could remember her name but if you go there you'll know who I'm talking about if you happen to meet her. Super nice and truly wanted to help me find shoes that would fit. Which I did and they are sharp. Never get new balance at other stores, you want to go to their actual stores to get the right shoes. Since other stores think "wide feet" don't exist.

I called ahead told the sales woman what I was looking for. She told me that she could help me . I have really high arches and I am on my feet 10+ hours a day .I went in the young women was there and ready to help me. She fitted me for a great shoe and an insole. The service was great!!!! She actually stayed with me through out the entire sale. That is rare now most places don't help the way they do they actually help you pick the shoe that fits you best.I thought this kind of customer service was gone. I was very impressed they are great!!!! If you need shoes that actually fit you this is the place to go. I will definitely recommend this store to all my friends and family members. GREAT PLACE AWESOME SERVICE WELL DONE!!!
Unbelievable customer service. New version of the 940s were hurting my heal and they let me exchange them for a different style. Quick and helpful. Definitely returning anytime I need new shoes.
P.S. She even stayed past closing so I could get the right shoes and she didn't even care she was just glad I found shoes that fit.
They sell shoes made in America, what's not to like. Not all are, so ask first and support your countrymen.
