The owner spent an hour consulting me on my running style and provided several options for me in my size. Great selection and customer service. So far the shoes I bought are my favorite to date. I'll definitely be back.
Price on my wife’s running shoe DOUBLED over two years. Left and bought two pair online for the price First Gear was charging for one pair. We prefer to shop locally but not when the price difference is so great.
Walked in on a “steady” Saturday around noon, wasn’t greeted or acknowledged in anyway. A smile or a “someone will be with you shortly” would’ve been appropriate. I was specifically looking at ASICS they had 5 models. Not sure if they cater to athletes or just older clientele, I was the significantly youngest customer in there at 51. Selection seemed decent for a small store but definitely full retail to pay for their high overhead location.
This is the best experience I have ever had with a running company they are not pushy and they fit me for shoes and they are the best ones I've ever had
