Had great service here, I leaned a lot about boots from the rep, they helped me try on multiple pairs and explained all the different things about them. I'm very happy with my purchase. The atmosphere is a bit too much cowboy ish for me though.
Great service if you're into being ignored and never finishing. Online inquiries are never answered unless you threaten social media backlash. Online orders are never filled. Staff would rather suffer horrendous torture than provide customer service.

Whatever you do do not sign up for a credit card because it’s impossible to pay it off in store and online!!! It has been a month since I signed up for the card and it has yet to come in the mail. Been in the store several times trying to figure out the issue and pay off my card and nothing works. The employees are not informed at all about the credit card or how to pay it off. Tried to pay with my debit, check, and now finally cash. Never shopping here again!!
Store is very clean, staff are very friendly and helpful, yet professional and knowledgeable. Merchandise is high quality too.
