I had a plumbing emergency and Westside Plumbing responded immediately. Fair priced and friendly. I've had them back a few times for other plumbing issues. Always prompt and friendly. I would not hesitate to call them again.
Water heater died on a Friday night,of course. Westside Plumbing responded immediately, professionally, cheerfully and efficiently. We will definitely used them again and recommend them to all our friends too. Thank you for helping us so quickly and for being so nice.
Horrible customer service! Plumber came out and told my wife we needed all these parts to bring it up to code. ok I understand that, except the fact that we had all those parts already. then the tech argued with me over the phone and told me to just "do it myself". When you have already been paid to install a water heater, Install the water heater. They are thieves, and I will not have them do any work for me again nor recommend them to anyone.
My experience was EXCELLENT! I needed a replacement hot water heater NOW. They provided one THE SAME DAY! Other plumbing services I called had "appointment" dates in the distance, or would send someone over to "assess" the problem; I didn't want an assessment, I wanted a new hot water heater ASAP. Westside Plumbing came through.
Fabulous service! Dec 30 evening, the water heater (still under warranty) blew water out the top! By 4:00 Dec 31, New Years Eve, new heater was installed. Westside's service tech, Cody, not only did a great job installing the unit but also met with my wife at Lowe's to coordinate the warranty issues and check out the new heater before he brought it to the house. He was very polite, patient and professional. Highly recommend Westside Plumbing.
