Had the main water line burst under the foundation and flood the house 3 months after moving in. Gregg was able to get there quickly and had the pipe and foundation all done in under 2 1/2 hours. I was so thankful since we have an elderly disabled person and a 2 month old infant that can't be without water for long in July heat. I was so impressed with Gregg that I requested him for some other small plumbing worm around the house the next week. Great company with great service at very fair prices. Also note that Gregg worked until 10pm to get the job done and done right.
Kevin arrived on time. He was professional and knowledgeable. He diagnosed the problem and made the repai in approximately twenty minutes. His work required no follow-up cleaning and he explained what he repaired. He is an asset to your company.
American home shield customer, Mark or Mike is my technician ( I don't hear that great so didn't catch his name correctly ) I simply thought I had a bad gas valve to my surprise he pointed out the flames continuing to rollout while the unit was running indicating a bad heat exchanger and dangerous unit. I certainly wasn't expecting that and it will be a little bit of an inconvenience waiting for approval and installation but much better than our house burning down thanks for being observant and professional I will recommend.
Chris was great. He was courteous and professional. He did a good job of fixing the problem, sticking with what he was approved to do. The only problem was the scheduling. The appointment was originally scheduled from Noon to 4 pm. We received a call this morning stating they could actually come out during the morning time slot. I put off my errands and stayed home so that I'd be here when he arrived. Well, he arrived around 2 or 2:30 pm. I don't understand why they would call and say they could come earlier, when they actually didn't come until later. But again, Chris did a good job.
