Bowers Plumbing's service was great. (My service was a month ago and the fix has made a big difference.) Greg came in assessed the problem, thoroughly drafted a plan for the fix and implemented the fix in the time and cost that he quoted. Very professional and yet, personable. After a water pipe burst under our house while we were in NC, the water was turned off until I could fly home. I called Bowers Plumbing, who made a special effort for a temporary fix so we could have water until arrangements could be made for a permanent repair later. During that repair, I ask them to look for other plumbing 'problem' spots that might need future attention and they were very accommodating. The service men were prompt, courteous, thorough and provided quality work. Our insurance company required some extra explanations on our paperwork, and the Bowers office was as pleasant and courteous as their workers. We were very satisfied with our dealings with Bowers and will definitely call them again, and highly recommend their services for anyone with plumbing needs.
Greg was so friendly and helpful! Saved us money by identifying exactly what we needed and not overselling. Also cheerfully fixed a toilet that had stopped working the night before he was scheduled to arrive...he added that work right into his workload and took care of it while he was here. Fantastic experience, will keep Bowers in my list of go-to companies for sure!
I recently had the pleasure of being service by Bowers Plbg. Co. I had a leaky faucet that had drained on to the floor. Daniel was sent out to fix the problem!. He was very nice and professional. He assessed the situation, and since it had happened once before, felt that it might be helpful to replace the faucet. This was done in a timely manner. He also explained how it worked to the best advantage. I was thankful and pleased, with the service.
