Can someone please explain to me why I just paid $40 to have my curtains dry-cleaned, only for them to come back looking almost as dirty as before and six inches shorter???? Oh also, I took them in on Tuesday. There was no sign saying they would be closed on New Year's Eve and on New Years Day. The ticket said they would be done by 5 on Wednesday (NYE). When I went to pick them up they were closed. Also closed NYD. Did I mention these were the curtains for my bedroom??? So the neighbors could see right into our room for the past three days!

I completely understand why they only have a two star review on Google . Your employee tells me "you're right they did not put starch on your shirt" and you come up to the front desk and say "your shirt was not starched when you brought it in". Flat-out unacceptable. Nancy, who was supposed to be the manager of the store at that particular time, I hope you have a better day I'm not sure why you would treat a law enforcement officer the way that you did did but I'm just telling you now your customer service is very unforgiving.

So I mentioned this inconvenience to the lady when I picked them up today. I am a nice person and was NOT rude about it. Well she totally let me have it..."I'm the owner and I realize people think that owners just sit in their office....I am the only one working....blah, blah, blah. Totally rude. Totally belittling. I literally left in tears. Why was I the one that ended up apologizing? They should have had a sign posted or at least let me know they would be closed the next two days when I dropped them off. My business is obviously not needed at MARTINIZING Dry Cleaning on 37th St. N, so I will take my business elsewhere...I hope you will too.
