The owner called me back a few days later and very defensively said that it was my fault because bleach had been used on the fabric. Even though his machinery destroyed the pants, he refused to reimburse me. He then proceeded to tell me to come to his house so we could "settle it like men" and that he was willing to fight me over it.
Destroyed my pants, refused to reimburse, challenged me to a fight.
I brought in a pair of pants to be cleaned and have a stain removed. When I got the pants back they were shredded will numerous holes. No one mentioned it to me or left a note regarding the holes; even the employee working there admitted that it looked like someone tried to cover it up. They took the pants back to show the owner and had him call me.
The best customer service and the highest quality in town!! Will defiantly be taking all of my dry cleaning here!!!
Don't waste your time with these amateur clowns, lest they destroy your clothes and make you deal with their boorish, classless owner. Save yourself the hassle and go to a legitimate business like In the Bag.
