The clerk is always rude to me when I come in, just went in on this pass Saturday Morningand she would NOT separate my order from my husband, we bring our clothes in at different times but on the same account.
I was very disappointed with my experience, despite the fact it came highly recommended. I dropped off two very expensive pairs of pants, but they did not give me a receipt and when I came back less than a week later it was not in their system and they could not find any trace of the pants. I won't be coming back.
Going to the dry cleaners is great! I get above average service and when I pull up the young lady already has my clothes up front. From a price standpoint I would like to see some more coupons. Price is a little higher than what I have paid in other cities, but still a good value.
