Very happy with the service here. If I've ever had a problem, it was handled quickly and responsibly. It's nice when your dry cleaner knows your name and has your clothes hanging on the rack when they see you drive up. Good job at this location, Dave.
Brought a faux fur blanket in to be cleaned and was advised because my dog had urinated on it they could not clean it in the machine because it would ruin their solution. Makes no sense to me unless they reuse the solution in their machine. Last time I checked the solution should be disposed of and new solution should be used each time someone brings their items in to be cleaned. Thank you for not helping me with my blanket and letting me know you have an unsanitary business and you reuse detergent on your customers items. Sure they will be happy to know. Completely disgusted to know how you "wash" items in your company. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone unless you want some kind of bacteria brought back to your home in your clothes!

The people that work at the Newton office are great. They make sure I get my shirts back on time each week. And, the quality of their work...even repairs...is great.
