She quoted me $14 to remove stains from my suit. When I went to retrieve it, I was charged $20. I asked why the increase. She said it's because she had to put in extra work to remove the stains. When I checked the suit back at home, I found most of the stains are still there. Basically it's like I paid $20 for her to press my suit. What a ripoff.
