Very friendly and great facility.
Very helpful in person and very reasonable on pricing but lord help you if you call. Every month when I call to pay my bill I'm placed "on hold" which means she sets the phone down and I can hear her shooting the breeze with whoever is in the office, then after 2-5 minutes of chit-chat I'm finally picked back up and able to pay. They should either invest in a phone system that actually has a hold feature or they could try taking care of their customers.
