I really enjoyed Heather. her wonderful personality and cheerful attitude would make me recommend anyone here just because of her. She was quick to greet me and super easy to talk to. Well organized and fast customer service. If you need a friendly face and an empty space come here to public storage.
Heather has great customer service skills, she is also really fun to talk with and she genuinely cares about her customers.
They hired a lady who tormented me in my housing crisis then they charged me when i tried to pay but system was down and this lady said why dont you just move out they have their nerve they wouldnt except my dl papercopy so my mom used hers and they are placing fees on her credit report i would highly recommend never to use public storage the 1$ montby fee is a lie insurance is forced but claims are not paid for when property is damaged due to rain leaks and poor maintenance they really need cooperate to step up and let duustrict managers and social workers who do not do jobs to customer satisfaction and sabotage the credit of family who just helped ill pay it to clear my mom but plan to fike civil suit for discrimination defimation and slander Stephan and Jana Ray at Carey lane are not professionals but made rude lies and demanded i go or tbe harrassment would evict me so i left i hate this olace tried to explain to cooperate they ignored my calls so beware of their service read and inforce the fine print they will raise your storage fee and not give that info at time of purchase was offerred prorated details and it changed wo notice to me so down right white colar criminals blood suckers wo heart i hate to be so vauge but the torment was not appriciated
I really enjoy going in to speak with Heather. She works most days and is always so happy to see her customers. I have never heard a complaint about her nor do I have any complaints to give. Heather keep up the great work!! You are doing awesome!
