My storage unit was broken into not once but 3 times. The owners were not compassionate or helpful at all. I have suspicions it was in inside job but cannot prove it.
Nice people, well maintained facility, I have not encountered any problems and will recommend this location to my friends.

THUMBS DOWN! Don't use this place. Bad experience if you have a problem their is one ever on-site. You have to wait till they have time. Secured Self Storage is Cheaper and has someone on-site 24/7.
Experience was awesome, customer service was great and the easy access to I-235 made this a great location for us.
