The landlord is very rude and if you don't agree with everything she says she starts cursing and complaining.
Horrible place to rent get ready to pay for a high electricity. Because the windows and doors are not energy efficient. Also get ready to get blamed for anything that goes bad around the apartment. Also say goodbye to your deposit when you sign up. I know 5 people who didn't get there deposit back. They will find any way to keep it.
These apartments are highly maintained, very affordable, and are close to many useful establishments. The place is right across the street from Dillons, Quiktrip, and quite a few fast food establishments. The landlord is very nice, and her staff is very nice. When I lived there, I had a very positive experience.

The place is very well kept. The maintenance guy is amazing! I have never had to wait even a full day for a problem to be fixed. He is always working and always updating thing. Everything is well kept. Some apartments even have tile flooring. I really enjoyed living here. I'm only leaving because they don't have washer dryer hookups or covered parking... But the laundry room is well kept and there are only one bedrooms so you don't have to worry about kids running around or loud noise. The do enforce the rules so you don't have to worry about crazy loud pool parties or anything like that. I enjoyed it and would 100% recommend it to anyone!
