I Liked the People & the Business...Everybody is Nice to me...
They have made our moving experience way more awful than it had to be, by lying and hiding extra fees from us until we got there. To make matters worse we had to call and go to another budget store cuz they didn't have the 12ft box truck we reserved, only much larger ones and the woman at the second budget store who had CONFIRMED over the phone that they had 12ft box trucks gave us an attitude when we got there because their location doesnt carry box trucks. We spent literally 3 hours just trying to get a truck. The emails you receive say NOTHING about extra fees or that they don't accept cash, or that it costs an extra $20 if you don't have a credit card and have to use someone else's. I've moved a handful of times in the past 10 years and this is by far the worst of them all. Uhaul may be more expensive but at least you get the truck you reserved, ALL of the rental information, and at least decent customer service. Never going through Budget again.
Horrible service. I had a car reserved for over a week. When I showed up they did not have my car. I had to wait for an hour for a downsized car. When I asked about a car on the lot they said it wasn't ready but then rented it to the next person. I will not be renting with Budget again.
Great customer service and easy check-in. I came in from Denver and arrived a day early. The representative was kind, courteous and professional. I would highly recommend them.
