Rented a packer for a minimum 3 hour rental. Worked great for about an hour and a half. Started dying on me and was very hard to get started again. I managed to get 3 hours on it but only because I had rented it at the end of the day from their shop. Took me about 5 hours of frustration to get those 3 hours. After telling the manager this he simply said, well, it looks like you got your 3 hours in though. Did not offer to reimburse me for the troubles I had with his equipment at all. I will not use nor will I ever recommend this established to anyone. Charles watkins.
