Not a bad looking park except for all the homeless laying around. Wichita City commissioners need to help these people find better shelter than a public park.

It's a nice place for kids to play
The park itself is really fairly pretty. However, the city allows the homeless to loiter and use it as a sleeping area. At any given point there are about a dozen homeless people sprawled out sleeping and making the park appear very unattractive. The city says they'll work on it when the 2018 basketball tournament comes to town. Shows how much they care about their own citizens, but I digress. The park has the potential to be the crown jewel of Old Town, but it's currently more of a best ignored eyesore.
