There is absolutely no regard for patient well being. It is nearly impossible to get anyone to return phone calls or to help with pain management. They can't keep track of their paperwork, and rely on the patient to push for any action from both the doctor and insurance as apparently the two do not communicate without patient intervention. When there are complications there is no follow up from staff. They are there to make money, with no concern about the patient.

Had an appointment for surgery and to check in at 5:30 this Monday (10/2/17) which got changed to 8:00. Came in early to get fitted for a brace at 7:30 and then waited until about 10:00 when we went up and ask receptionist what was taking so long. They didn't know but a few minutes later we were called back to talk to BD who told us it was cancelled (along with all his other surgeries that day) all due to the doctor working all night. If he was working all night wouldn't he have known to contact us before 10:00 that morning? That is an excellent example of how you are treated. Think twice before using this doctor at this hospital. I had taken off from work, my significant other had taken off from work (at a job she just started). How inconsiderate but what can you do? Now they are going to try to squeeze us in some time later this week. They said that they will call and let us know.

There the best! Can't say enough about my experience. So there the best

Great place. Mom and I have both been here having work done. The doctors and nurses were great, for that matter all of the staff was very good . I just didn't like the long wait for my turn .

I stayed in this hospital for a day and a half after a major spine surgery and could not have had a worse experience. The male nurse who was assigned to my post-op care exposed me to an allergen that caused extremely uncomfortable hives, and caused an infection in my 12 inch long spine incision. I believe he did this intentionally since my records clearly describe my allergies and I was ignored when i brought it to their attention. I also was denied adequate treatment for post-surgical pain beyond the first 12 hours. All other staff were excellent!

Its been two weeks since I had an appointment with Dr. Dickerson and he has still not reviewed my MRI like he said he would. There is not much positive feelings or attitude going on when the doctor tells you one thing and another happens. My pain steadily grows, my muscles get steadily weaker and I get more and more addicted to pain pills to dull the pain. Just send me to another doctor if you can't help me.
