PS I am still waiting for them to finish the siding around the garage that has been unfinished for 7 years. (run around again.)
I have spent close to 30,000 with this company to be treated like this?
This is the worst business in existence! I called a couple of months ago to get my patio door hardware fixed (they are supposed to have one of the best warranties) and they told me that the door supplier has gone bankrupt and they will not be able to fix my door. I wrote that one off. And today I call to have them come out and assess my siding that was damaged in the recent hailstorm, just to be told by Jill that they will need 200.00 before they can come out to write an estimate. (are YOU KIDDING)
I will never buy from this company again. I wish I had been warned before the smooth talking salesman visited me in 1999.
over 6 months since I purchased two sliding glass doors from true home value and I still do not have my screen door. that being said the doors function well and I have noticed a difference in efficiency cost of my home.
