I had my floor man look at it (who by the way, should up when he said he would).

He had said he worked in construction for10 years and he would look at my floor.

Just bought a refrigerator 11/13 it was delivered and discovered it did not work. A repair man came out to the house and advised it was a faulty compressor said that it would be a day or 2. We called to check on status 2 days later and was told someone would call us back, no one ever did, called 3 times on the 3rd day and was told they weren't sure what the repair was they would call me back, never heard from them so I called again was then told he would check with repair man and get back with me in 5 minutes it has been 3 hours and I tried to call them and now no one answers. So far we are out $265.00 and left with a broken refrigerator we bought 4 days ago. The sad part was that my son needed a washer and dryer, but I think we will go some where else for that. Will keep attempting to get ahold of them if all is resolved will update review accordingly.

My burner on my stove doesn't work except on high, the stove was cleaned my myself and I'm eating the bill on my floor that their delivery MAN tore and admitted to.

We had a great experience when we bought our appliances. We worked with a wonderful sales man named Shane and he was very knowledgeable and personable. Unfortunately from the moment we brought our fridge home we had problem after problem and we had to call for a repair guy about 8 times to finally get the problems fixed. It didn't seem like there was very good communication between the employees because every time I called they had to ask for all of my info again, about the problems and no one knew what anyone preciously had talked to me about. They really need to develop a system for better communication between the people answering the phones and the repair guys and they need to keep record of all of the services they are currently helping customers with so they can promptly fix their problems. I would have appreciated it if they had been the ones to call me to schedule/reschedule repair appointments instead of them expecting me to make all of the phone calls to continually make sure they were actually going to show up.

The fridge needed door handles and the stove needed cleaned and the bottom drawer fixed which I was assured they would be delivered with everything taken care of.

I bought a fridge, stove and washer and dryer.

I talked to the manager who was supposed to come to my place that evening after7. He did not show up or answer his phone. The next day, He said his phone stopped working and he had to stay late at the store.(evidently the store phone doesn't work after 7)

Yes you guessed it it tore a whole in my floor.

Once this issue on professional communication between employees and customers can be fixed Old Town will be a great place to buy appliances.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE!!! ALL THEY WANT IS YOUR MONEY.

The stove was not fixed and was dirty. One of the burners was broken.

I bought a stove, washer and dryer from here. John Galloway, the salesman, was very friendly and helped me right away and got me a good deal on the three appliances. They were delivered the next day and everything was set up without a problem. Then I went to do laundry and discovered that the timer wasn't working on my dryer. I called on that Friday and explained what was happening and was assured that the problem would be fixed. They sent out their service guy Nick and he came out the following Monday and said "yes the timer is bad I don't have the right part with me I'll be back tomorrow." And I didn't see him for two more weeks. He finally shows up after I called John and asked if they were ever going to fix my dryer and he said Nick told him he fixed it. So like I said Nick showed up slaps a timer on it and leaves. Went to use my dryer and discover it's the wrong timer the knob doesn't even line up with the dile and I look up the model number and it's not even for my brand of dryer. So I call back and talk to John again and request that if they have another service tech I would like him sent out instead of Nick because he is incompetent and a lier. They send out Darrel and he confirms it's the wrong timer so they swap out dryers for me. The dryer I get has a bad heating element so here we go again. I call and talk to some guy that's there because John isn't there who was rude as hell and tell him the heating element is bad so he says he'll send out Nick. I tell him I don't want Nick in my house so he tells me I'll have to call back the next week and talk to John so I do. Finally talk to John and agree to let Nick come out since it's just replacing the element. He comes out finds the problem which is the heating element has broke into in a couple of places. He is here like 30 minutes for a 5 minute fix so I ask my brother who is an appliance repair guy is there any way to fix a broken element he says you can braid the wire together for a temporary fix but it's dangerous and won't last long. Then Nick jumps up and says I think I got a new one in my trunk. He comes back about 10 mins later says he found one puts it on and is gone. My laundry room is in my basement so unless I'm down there I can't hear anything. I usually stay down there while I'm doing laundry which I'm glad I do now because about 3 weeks later I'm doing laundry and my dryer started getting really hot like laundry mat hot. Then the timer stopped advancing so my brother looked at it and found out that the timer had arced so he had to rebuild the timer. Then the fuse blew out and then we got that fixed and then there was a loud pop and smoke. That's when we found the element had popped and caused a direct short because Nick had braided the wire on the bad element and put it back in telling me it was a new one. I went back to old Town Appliances element in hand and we had ourselves a little discussion on new and rigged parts. I will say this I was taken care of and they listened to what I had to say and John, Lala, and I think his name was Justin were very helpful and curtious. They did give me the replacement parts to fix my dryer and made sure I was satisfied. The only problem I have with this place is with their service tech Nick. He really has no business being a tech in the first place because he lies to the customers and does things that are potentially very dangerous and could cost someone their house or their lives.

Me and the girlfriend got a fridge from here. Good price but it went out soon after. It was still under warranty but it was hard to get a technician out. Was without a fridge I had just bought for a couple weeks. May give them another chance in the future and if it turns out better will update review.

RUN, RUN , RUN!!!!! If I could I would give them a -5 *

He gave me a few ways to fix it none of course would be the same. The prices ranged from $600-75 not including the flooring. I picked the $75 option. He fixed it the next day and I was very satisfied. Mean time the manager said that the owner wanted him to fix it because she wouldn't have to pay them as much. I told him it was my floor. I didn't know his work and the floor was already done and I was satisfied. They needed to pay for the work. You know how this story ends.

1. They were late and upon arrival I noticed the fridge did not have the handles. I told the delivery guy I DIDN'T want it. He didn't seem to care what I was saying. He took it off the dolly and scooted it into place. I just had a new vinyl floor put down. One piece 36ft long.
