Sadly, we did not get what we ordered. An employee, Brooke, was very rude and snippy with me when I asked for the order to be fixed to what I asked for. However, Vivian, the owner, was SUPER helpful and fixed the boutonnière.They are a small business and I really wanted to be supportive of them, but the customer service from her florist was shockingly unfriendly.
This flower shop rocks! The flowers that Brooke made for a 50th wedding anniversary were gorgeous and the happy couple could not believe how beautiful they were.
My husband ordered me flowers for delivery at work on a specific day. They were delivered a week early when I was out of town. My staff enjoyed the bouquet and said they lasted a long time. Upon complaining, Lilies said they would deliver another arrangement on the correct date. They didn't.
My boyfriend ordered me flowers off 1800 flowers and after problems with the first place not delivering they had them deliver by this company. I got an arrangement that was all droopy and didn't even look like the one that I was supposed to be getting. I contacted customer service and they were supposed to replace them, well the owner refused to replace them and I got a 50% credit back from 1800 flowers but today they showed up to try and pick up my flowers. I am not paying for half of my original amount and giving them the flowers back. I will never use or suggest this company for anything.
I spent 75.00 for a basket that looked like a six year old put it together...nothing similar at all to the picture...it was horrible.. and instead of delivering it on my daughters birthday they delivered it a week early.
