We were impressed with The Flower Factory from our first consultation with them. Pam took one look at a photo I brought in and instantly knew my vision for wedding flowers. She created beautiful bouquets and centerpieces for under my budget. The only issue we had is that whoever delivered the flowers to our wedding just dropped them off and left without finding our coordinator or anyone in the building. Because no one was able to look at the flowers before the staff left, we didn't realize we were missing some petals until right before the ceremony. We made it work and the flowers were still amazing so I would still definitely use them again for my event!
Sincerely disappointed! Although there is a disclaimer during ordering that indicates if the shop doesn't have what you ordered... they can substitute with anything they would like to satisfy your order. I will post what was ordered vs delivered. Make your own assessment before ordering from this shop. As for me... not again!
Flowers were left on front porch in 95 degree weather. Everybody was home. Saw them while checking the mail box. No telling how long they were sitting there in the sun. Petals already falling off. I was a new customer. They were chosen because its right around the corner and had good reviews.
Quick short notice flower at a pretty reasonable price. Beautiful work, great people -- would recommend to anyone.
