I called my sons and told them to CANCEL THOSE FLOWERS AND NOT TO GIVE THEM ANY MONEY!! There are so many great flowers shops in Wichita, such as Tillie's. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS PLACE!!!!
They deserve to fail! They make it incredibly difficult to purchase flowers. I've tried multiple times to go there, and no one will open the door. It says to "Ring the Doorbell", but their neighbor informed that the doorbell does not work and we need to knock. How can they keep their doors locked during business hours, isn't that illegal? They deserve to fail, and I will do my best to tell everyone I know never to do business with them, and make sure to let everyone on every social media website know that, in my opinion, they are worthless.
The next day......... I called the shop. The person that answered the phone told me they "don't call people ahead of time to see if they are home". I asked her, so you just try one time and if they aren't home, you take the flowers back???? She said to me, "WE DON'T ACCOMODATE SPECIAL TIMES FOR PEOPLE.!!!" WOW!!!!! I told her that if I had KNOWN they were going to deliver at that time, I would have made other arrangements for her to drop them off. She became very rude and even started PERSONAL ATTACKING ME AND HUNG THE PHONE UP ON ME!!!!!!!
I have been using Laurie's flower forever it seems and she is always willing to go out of way and just does a awesome job. I don't know how anyone could say anything bad, she is the best! Teresa & Drew you are wrong! I was the neighbor next to her on Douglas, if you had a business there you would understand why the doors were locked. Don't assume you know everything, that is why she moved to 13th.
Driver was very rude and said he "rang and rang my doorbell, but I did not answer, so he left". If I'm not home, I don't answer the door bell! I called him back within 15 minutes, after I saw my voicemail. He said he was off duty now, but to call the flower shop. Called the flower shop, but did not receive an answer so I left a VM, NO ONE called me back. I DID NOT RECEIVE MY FLOWERS THAT MY BOYS ORDERED FOR ME FOR VALENTINES DAY!
Laurie Anne's Flower Shop is Amazing! She does amazing work and is very professional. If you want amazing floral arrangements or a wedding with great flowers, make sure you pick Laurie Anne's!
Don't use them, I ordered a specific order through FTD, I received the wrong order. They made a substitution, Without contacting me, that was well below the value of the one I ordered. Truly not the service I expected from an FTD florist.
