Great customer service. I drive from the other side of town to use this UPS because of how friendly and helpful they are. Every time I go in I have a great experience.
I have been scanning/faxing through UPS (after finding out they were much cheaper than FedEx) for work for a few months now all over the Midwest, and this is the ONLY location that has ever charged me $1/page to scan into a PDF. I was told by another location that they are all franchises, and each location can set their pricing. Just want to let people know, I'd recommend the extra drive to another location. $20 vs $3 for the same number of pages, is a HUGE difference.
