When I went to pick up the car after being approved, they gave me an envelope and told me not to open it until I got to the DMV, they told me not to go to register the car for two weeks, when I did go, I was told the envelope did not contain the title. I went back and they said there was a mix up and went to get the title. I moved away and was told they didn't want me to leave Kansas with the car, I ask why not "I'm buying it". I took the car and left the stat, I continued to pay until I had used all my payment coupons and had paid well over the loan amount. They then put on my credit report I owe them $1200 , Thank God I kept the print I ask for when I thought I was done and they still wanted more payments. I you buy a car here, BEWARE
This bank approved me for a car loan when no one else did. For those of you who complain about your vehicles, seriously you bought a used car... you got what you asked for when signing the contract. My car may have issues but it comes with any used vehicle. Thank you car bank and air capital for helping out my family!!
The sales department was the best service ive ever had! The service department.... Left my keys in my truck over the weekend and it was stolen and wrecked. Positive experience i think air capitol needs a website to set up auto pay! Would be much easier with the long hours i work
I have purchased 2 vehicles here. They got me in a car when nobody else would. They have always been good to me and treated me well.
There really rude, they don’t work with you on late payment. They don’t understand when you get laid off and just got a job. No customer service whatsoever. Just nasty and threatening
Do not buy a car here. Your better off saving your money the right way and buying a car somewhere else. They sold us a 5000 dollar car for 12000 and made us pay 500 a month. Not only that but they do not care about the customer and are very rude. They'll try and trick you out of your car so they can re sale it. DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM HERE. Do it the right way save up and get one from a real dealership. Toyota will work with you. They did with us.
