Now, with appointment wait time like some are getting irritated about...PCPs should be warning you, as this office does as well...this office is the only one in Wichita to take certain insurances here in Kansas. They are in high demand, therefore wait times for appointments are pretty long. We were told this when we made the appointment. But this office is the closest for us in El Dorado, so I took what I could and got the papers filled out that were sent to me and waited. And I'm so glad I did.
Terrible services, no treatment, very poor quality and extremely disappointed. Billing and payment setup was a nightmare. Pretty sure I paid the same bill 3x and there was nothing I could do, as they threatened to send to collections. Will never go back or recommend. I gave a one star just to make sure it would appear online.
Haven't seen the Dr. yet as my first appt isn't for 5 months. On hold for 30 minutes pretty much each time I call. Wanted to be put on cancellation list and was told there isn't one and that I need to call daily to see if there is an opening. If I didn't need the med/shots I would not go to this Dr.
Very approachable & a good listener. Took a personal interest in getting to the bottom of the odd symptoms I was having. I would recommend Dr Scott to friends and strangers alike.
Billed $700 seven-months after the appointment and no one will give me any explanation of what it is, or will even return a call! These people are awful. I had been a customer of the allergy department for almost 20 years. Dr Scott makes plenty of charming and bogus statements in person, and none of them are real. Took six months to get my son an appointment, even though it was the fifth time someone from my immediate family had been there, we were treated like a "new" patient. Waited two hours in the reception room to be seen, then another 30 minutes in the room before anyone spoke to us. Did the routine testing, and was told to try an over the counter drug. A total waste of time. Then we got the $700 bill in the mail seven-months later. These people are phony, they are liars, and they treat customers like cash registers. How much money do you need Dr Scott? Good luck to anyone trying to fight a bogus medical bill too. Don't call the billing department. That lady lied and said it was a legitimate bill, then admitted she had no idea hat it was for.
Dr. Scott and the team we had today were just amazing! They did everything they could to try and make my son as comfortable as possible throughout the appointment. They explained everything to him and made sure that even though he's 6, he understood and was a part of the whole process. And Dr. Scott even showed him that doctors are just people too, he had to turn off the Looney Toons DVD he put on for the allergy test to go by a little faster, so that he didn't get distracted, that little comment cracked my son up and he opened up even more and answered some questions before I could.
