Terrible service.
This is where the frustrations began. I called & was told by their receptionist to call back at 8:30am to speak to the billing person. I did and their phone line was not open - they open at 9am. When I called back at 9am & was told that the lady was gone for the day and to call back at 8:30am. WTF? So after 3 tries, I told the receptionist at 9am and was told the same thing again. At this point I was mad & wanted to talk to someone in charge. She said to come in and speak to the doctor but I needed to make a doctor appointment for that. I threatened to sue them and my mom got a call and was told that she would get a refund check in the mail soon. After another month, still no refund. I had enough of them so I contacted the BBB, KS Health Care System and the DA. Guess what? Within a couple of days, my mom got another call and was told that maybe the refund check they sent got lost so another was coming. This time, it came after 3 days.
Do not come here!
They were very fast sending my mom a Patient Termination Letter. GOOD!!! Business like that who the heck would want to go there? It'll be a cold day in you-know-where before I let her go back there again. They do this to a lot of their patients. I sure hope they go out of business soon. They messed with the wrong person this time.
STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!! They don't know how to run a business let alone run a doctor office. I've never been a patient and never will. My mom was (who knows why). While they were filing a claim with my mom's insurance they pressured my mom for payment. She kept telling them to wait for her insurance but they didn't want to wait. After a little time, they threatened to send her file to collections. She didn't want it to affect her credit so she paid them. Soon after, they received payment from her insurance. So then they owed her and needed to refund her. After 6 months going back and forth with the receptionist for a refund and got nowhere, my mom asked me for help.
