The customer service here especially in the clothing departments is terrible because of staff cutbacks. They make you wait way too long to check out, and trying to get a refund is a real pain now. They do have some excellent sales in the clearance racks at times. That's the only reason I give them two stars and not one.
While the store was in a bit of disarray, we had a lot of fun shopping the very reasonably priced clearance racks. The service in each department was helpful and friendly.
I agree with the comments of horrible costumer service in clothing. I’ve been waiting at the sales counter now for 10 minuets. Two associates Wondering around in the shoes department but doesn’t even acknowledge I’m here but have looked straight at me several times. Nor have asked call someone to my assistance. Horrible horrible horrible. !!!!!!!
Store tore up for ever. Trying to move merchandise bit prices reduced accordingly. Ask for help in woman's department. Was told lady not working today. Other clerk not helpful or willing to assist in other department. Poor customer service.
Took forever to get someone in jewelry to help me even though there were three employees flitting around and chatting about non-work related events. Then I was told to take my watch to a battery store which, when you read the warranty, clearly would null and void that warranty by doing so. When I brought that to her attention she acted like she couldn't care less and told me she tells all the customers to do that.
